Fossil Beach Farm’s Farm To Table BBQ sources the freshest meat and produce from Hornby Island*, including apples, blackberries, and beef from our farm. Our food perfectly pairs with our farm fresh ciders and our crafted non-alcoholic beverages.

Beef from our very own farm, mixed with Tannadice Farms* pork, and served on a deluxe brioche bun with house burger sauce, local mixed greens, tomato and house pickled onions

Handmade, plant-based pate from Hornby Island Pate, served as a patty on a deluxe brioche bun with house burger sauce, local mixed greens, tomato, and house pickled onions

Vancouver Island’s finest and freshest Bavarian Smokie from Tannadice Farms, served on a brioche deluxe hotdog bun with ketchup, mustard and house caramelised onions
